This Summer, nearly half of county auditors across Ohio will either be reappraising or updating property values. Owners should be receiving a letter in the next few weeks from their local auditor advising what the proposed value for the TY 2023-24-25 tax cycle will be. Franklin County will be holding in-person and virtual meetings to discuss the tentative TY 2023 values. During the month of September, there are a limited number of openings each day to speak with the County’s appraisal staff. Don’t delay in scheduling a value review meeting.
