Jennifer Routte, JD Candidate ’24

Summer Associate

Before starting law school, Jennifer worked for the Ohio Auditor of State’s office as a Performance Analyst, helping school districts, local governments, state agencies, and state universities improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their operations by combining sophisticated, unbiased data analysis with positive client engagement.

As a Summer Associate for Bluestone Law Group, Jennifer assists out attorneys with all manner of preparing cases for trial by conducting legal research, preparing court and administrative filings, drafting legal documents, and helping out with administrative tasks.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, weight lifting, attending OSU sporting events, and playing with her basset hound, Cooper.

Hannah Donovan

Legal Assistant

Hannah L. Donovan is a 2020 graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design’s comics & narrative practice program. While working as assistant editor for a class in which professional writers were paired with student artists to create an anthology comic book, Han discovered her passion for organizing and administrating. She was awarded the “Outstanding Comics & Narrative Practice” award, given to the CCAD graduate who shows leadership and excellence. In addition to working for Bluestone Law Group, she assists Cartoon Crossroads Columbus (CXC) as its administrative assistant.

As a legal assistant for Bluestone Law Group, Han handles various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client files, drafting and editing documents, and light bookkeeping.

Outside of work, Han enjoys building miniatures, playing strategy games, and of course, creating comic books.

Erika Nelson

Legal Assistant

A native of the Green Mountain state, Erika moved to Ohio in 1998 to attend The Ohio State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in French in 2004. She then worked as an Assistant Manager for a major US retailer for over seven years. An avid animal lover since childhood, she obtained her Veterinary Technician degree from Columbus State Community College in 2012 and went on to work in several animal clinics.

At Bluestone Law Group, Erika assists our law firm’s attorneys by fielding phone calls, greeting clients, composing emails, and maintaining files.

Outside the office, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, baking, reading, and spoiling her cat.  

Riley Stevens

Legal Intern

Riley Stevens is a 2023 graduate of The Ohio State University, where he majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies, with a minor in Aviation.

As a Legal Intern for our law firm, Riley is responsible for ensuring the proper organization, storage, and disposal of confidential documents as well as assisting in a variety of other administrative tasks including filing documents with various boards and administrative agencies.

Outside of work Riley enjoys running along the Olentangy Trail, trying out new restaurants, and rooting for the Ohio State football team. GO BUCKEYES!! BEAT MICHIGAN!!

Nia Ramsammy

Legal Intern  

Nia Ramsammy is a rising senior at The Ohio State University majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies with minors in Forensic Science and Public Health.

As a Legal Intern for our law firm, Nia is responsible for ensuring the proper organization, storage, and disposal of confidential documents as well as assisting in a variety of other tasks including research and marketing projects.

Outside of work and school, Nia stays busy with her many responsibilities as President of her sorority chapter.

Lucy Natale

Legal Intern

Lucy Natale is a rising junior at The Ohio State University on the pre-law track with majors in Political Science and Strategic Communications.

As a Legal Intern for our law firm, Lucy is responsible for ensuring the proper organization, storage, and disposal of confidential documents as well as assisting in a variety of other tasks including research and marketing projects.

In her free time, she enjoys playing the drums and engaging in philanthropic activities with her sorority.
